Sorry folks, The Memorial is at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 6001 Island Crest Way, Mercer Island, WA 98040, 206-232-1711. The Memorial will start at 11:00. We are about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.
Directions: Take I-90 East or West and take the Island Crest Way Exit
Go South about 2 miles.
Redeemer is on the Right and there is sign in front of the church.
There is parking in the back of the church and there will be people to help you park.

The membership of the Washington Chaplains Association wishes to extend its deepest sympathies to the Bill Clements family. With great regret we learned of the illness and then death of Bill. The incarcerated of King County and beyond benefited from Bill's ministry. We rejoice that Bill is with his Lord whom he so faithfully served. - Bob Jordan, Secretary, WCA

ReplyDeleteI was so sorry to receive your call today. Our dear Bill is gone. He fought the good fight and now is enjoying the heavenly feast that has no end. One of my fondest memories of you both was at the party after Bill's ordination when we ate bushels of Chesapeake Bay crabs in the back yard of his parent's house. I wonder if they have crab in heaven? May your faith comfort you during this trying time.

ReplyDeleteYour news of Bill's passing leave a big void in the universe. I will spend hours and days reliving those memories when he was the only person on earth who could help me see that there was a tomorrow in my life.
My thoughts are with you, the children and the rest of us who knew and loved the man we called Bill
